Emma, who is the properietor of The Health & Beauty Rooms, has a very extensive background in the beauty industry. She has worked in, and managed, many beauty salons and spa's in the South of England over the past 12 years. Emma has used her wealth of experience to create the perfect haven for you to relax and enjoy at The Health & Beauty Rooms.

As a fully qualified Senior Therapist, Emma takes great pride in sharing her knowledge with customers and providing friendly professional advice. She is fully conversant with the complete range of Espa and Dermalogica treatments on offer, and is sure to recommend the right ones for you. By using the proven Face Mapping techniques designed by Dermalogica she will be able to advise you on the best treatments for your own skin condition.

Emma is also a fully qualified Holistic Therapist and offers a range of soothing and refreshing massages, including Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology.

Amber, Head Therapist

Amber has been working at the Health and Beauty Rooms for over four years, right from the beginning . Amber is qualified in NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 Treatments, she studied at Northbrook College in West Sussex. At the salon Amber is well known for her specialist technique with eyelash extensions.

Charly, Head Receptionist

Charly already has over six years experience as a receptionist within the hair and beauty industries, and has been putting her skills to good use for over a year at the Health and Beauty Rooms. She will often be your first point of contact at the salon, and is always happy to help you with your bookings and any questions you may have.

Clair, Senior Therapist

Clair recently joined the team at the Health and Beauty Rooms, and has been working in the beauty industry for over eight years now. She is fully qualified in all aspects of beauty and massage therapy on offer at the salon, and specialises in massage, Caci non-surgical treatments and face lifts, as well as advanced waxing.

Megan, Therapist

Megan gained her NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 qualifications in Beauty Treatments at Chichester College three years ago. Since then she has gained experience working in various salons and days spa's, before joining the team at the Health and Beauty Rooms a year ago. She specialises in the Espa range of products and beauty treatments.

Abigail

Abigail Morra trained at Brighton University and is a fully qualified nurse (RGN). She started her career by working in various wards in Worthing and Brighton hospitals, including A&E, surgical and medical. She then proceeded to specialise in facial aesthetics and was trained by two of Britain’s most prominent cosmetic surgeons, Brent Tanner and Adrian Richards.

Abigail currently works collaboratively with one of Harley Streets leading cosmetic surgeons, Dr Mark Harrison and specialises in Botox, Restylane, Sculptra and Chemical Peels.

All treatments are non surgical and are extremely popular with men and women. Treatments help reduce the appearance of facial lines and wrinkles and include Botox, dermal fillers (Restylane), Sculptra and Chemical Peels all of which are highly effective anti ageing and rejuvenating treatments.

Abigail is a highly qualified Aesthetic Nurse so you can be confident in getting the most professional advice and treatment which will produce the right results for you.

• Botox:
  Treatment is simple and takes a matter of minutes and involves a few tiny injections into the treatment site. Noticeable improvement will be evident within five to fourteen days giving a more youthful appearance. The effects can last between three to five months and can then be repeated.
• Restylane:
  Restylane is used to smooth out the signs of ageing and can be used all over the face including smile, marionette and frown lines, creating fuller sensuous lips or redefine your cheekbones. Restylane can also be used to rejuvenate the neck, décolletage and back of hands producing an overall youthful appearance.
• Sculptra:
  Sculptra works gradually by naturally inducing your body’s own production of collagen plumping up and giving fullness to your face. Sculptra is administered in three treatment sessions and you will start to notice results within approximately 6 weeks and results can last up to 2 years.
• Chemical Peels:
  Chemical Peels can be used to reduce fines lines, acne clearance, scaring, pigmentation complaints, age spots and melasma, giving an overall rejuvenated and fresher appearance. Can be used on the face, neck, hands and any other area where pigmentation has been affected.
